Rooms are very basic but clean. It is rather noisey however, not just due to its location in very fun Templebar, but also because of the nightclub below the hotel. If you don't mind this, it's a great place to stay.

thought we should have had discount for room being right next to refurbishment work otherwise ok

guinness factory, bus tours ,all the lovely old buildings .meals "vat house ""flanagans","bessoff fish and chips"

Please don't use this hotel if you are not prepared to party. This is the best location in the best area of the party capital of Europe. However, it may be wise to wait until refurbishment is finished or you wont get any sleep during the day.
Top Tip
Drink in the bar, see the night away in the club. Enjoy every minute of Dublin.

fantastic location.beware of night club as 90% of people in there were stoned.they have a really nice bar by reception though.
