Probably the worst hotel experience to date, whilst I am only an occassional traveller, the service from this hotel was nothing but a disgrace. I booked a twin room only to find out on arrival that they did no have one available so we were put in another room and had to switch on the second day. The hotel is currently being refurbished which was not a huge inconveniece however it is generally a noisy place to say. The biggest grumble I had about the hotel was the staff (more so management), they must be having ongoing problems as when you over here a manager telling a member of staff to '' you think that maybe I should have booked elsewhere. Just pleased that there were no children in the vicinity.Avoid this one, there are plenty better for the cost.

the hotel was in the right place, the room was good, however if it was my guesthouse dalescroft. I would be disgusted with my chamber person at the level of cleanliness in the shower room and tea/coffee tray. Having had to complain because the room was freezing and this was retified it did not seem right to complain again, we hope this was an oversight we`ve come to expect more from a best western. The hotel is in prime location, mins walk from the temple bar nightlife.

Top Tip

Make sure you visit the Temple bar pub live music every night.
