The hotel contains a total of 138 guestrooms and suites, spread over four floors. These include 120 superior rooms and 12 suites. 48 of the rooms are brand new, while 2 of the floors are smoking and 2 are non-smoking. The hotel features twin and double rooms but does not have any triple or family rooms. However, some rooms are interconnecting. The hotel also has 5 disabled rooms including 1 fully disabled. The rooms at the front overlook the river Liffey while the rooms at the back face the courtyard. Accommodation begins with the superior rooms, which have Feng Shui-influenced design. They are appointed with dark wood fittings and cream coloured décor, along with a bed cover that is different in all the rooms. Each room features an original painting designed by John Rocha. The bathrooms feature soothing Karma toiletries, exclusive to the Morrison hotel, and presented in a small box, so guests can easily take them away at the end of their stay. They also contain bathrobes and slippers. All the rooms are well equipped with a flat screen TV, air-conditioning, safe, mini bar, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, and broadband Internet access. The new rooms feature also an Ipod docking station and the other rooms have a CD player.
