Traveller from Glasgow stayed in March,2009

an unfortunate incident occurred when my daughter and I went for breakfast; we were told very abruptly by a waitress or restaurant manager thet our breakfast was not included in the price.We knew that this was not the case and that breakfast was included.However when we tried to explain she wouldnt listen and proceeded to further embarrass us by shouting at us in the restaurant. The hotel manager was called and he resolved the situation and apologised to us. Im afraid after this both my daughter and I were unable to enjoy what should have been a very good breakfast. It did put a huge dampere on our stay
