Our Review

The North Star hotel has a central location though there has been feedback that the surrounding area is not the most attractive. Rooms are basic with standard facilities. This hotel would be suited for budget travellers seeking simple accommodation.

     service was excellant...              Most staff very helpful and pleasant ...             a couple were abrupt...             A great hotel with friendly staff...             Staff were always courteous and helpful...             the EAstern Euro staff were efficient but did not have the customer relation touch ...             a bit "cold" in their dealings verbally...             The reception staff were all miserable...             the only happy staff member was the concierge...             Everyone gave us help and advice on things to do ...             we had first class treatment! ...             The receptionists ignored me on arrival...             staff very friendly ...
